- At the AGM, Board members will be elected / re-elected. We are always interested in welcoming new Board members, so please consider joining the team – we always welcome and need fresh perspectives. And remember, even if you don’t wish to join as a Board Member, we welcome all assistance for the many initiatives being undertaken for the betterment of our Lake.
- Please keep your microphone muted to reduce background noise. If you have a question, you can either type your question into the chat box and we will try to follow up during the meeting or will follow up after the meeting, OR raise your hand to ask to be unmuted if you would prefer to ask your question verbally.
- If you’re having issues with your audio or visual you can:
- Exit Zoom and re-enter with the same link you were provided with to join this meeting
- Exit Zoom and call in using the phone number provided in the email. You will only hear the meeting without seeing the slides, but you can follow along with the slides posted here.
** The Phone-in line is offered as a “back-up” option, so that if you are having difficulty with the video from the Zoom call (due to slow internet, etc.) you may join the call on the Phone-in line and at least follow along with hearing the audio. Note that optimally you will be able to also view the video (via the Zoom video) so that you can follow along with the presentations, but if that is not working for you then the Phone-in line will ensure that you don’t entirely miss out on the meeting. 10th Annual General Meeting 2020
The AGM is usually scheduled for the May long weekend. However, due to the COVID 19 restrictions, that membership gathering was cancelled for 2020. Members received regular updates via email from the Board for 2020.
